Editor: PLCEdit can be seen as a slim but powerfull editor to note your ideas in PLC engeneering. Reason for developing PLCEdit was a lack of freeware for PLC engineering.
The programming languages are Instruction List and Structured Text from IEC61131-3.
All the important programm types, like main programm and function blocks (sub programmes), can build by PLCEdit
Notice, PLCEdit is an addition to editors of Moeller, 3S Software and Siemens and can not substitute it. PLCEdit direct its to users, who didn't even have a Windows with an installed development environment.
Moreover the distributions are products with costs, so PLCEdit offers the possibility to work on POU files or printig the files for free.
